The Employee Assistance Program that Works

Employees are the driving force behind the growth and development of any organization. Prism Quality EAP recognizes that for many employees, personal problems often arise that leave them unable to bring their healthiest selves to work. This often results in increased absenteeism, poor performance, and reduced teamwork and if left unresolved, it can impact the entire organization.

  • Alcohol abuse identification
  • Drug abuse identification
  • Parenting problems
  • Marital/family relationships
  • Interpersonal problems on the job
  • Stress
  • Depression
  • Referrals for Financial and/or legal problems

Could my organization benefit from having an EAP?

An employer should consider putting an EAP in place if they can answer yes to any of the following questions:

1. Are your supervisors spending 25% or more of their time discussing the personal problems their employees are experiencing rather than addressing work-related issues?

2. Are you concerned that you would not be able to address the issue of an individual in your employ who has exhibited a problem with alcohol or drugs?

3. Have your supervisors expressed concern over a problem that they know exists with an employee, but do not know where to refer for help?

4. Are the job, health or family problems of any of your employees affecting their ability to perform their job satisfactorily?

Prism Quality EAP is a locally owned and operated program that integrates the experience of its staff and network providers in the provision of the highest quality counseling and support services.
