| Prism provides specialty network managed care services that focus on chiropractic, complementary and alternative medicine, physical therapy, and behavioral healthcare. Contracted services may include specific components of network administration (ie, credentialing, utilization review, customer service, etc.) or full risk based contracting under a capitated per member/per month payment arrangement. Prism measures quality at every level of its network administration. Our Quality Management and Improvement Program is designed to meet or exceed rigorous state and federal regulations, as well as NCQA, HIPAA, URAC and COPC certification standards. As a registered Utilization Review Agent, we have the ability to provide an extensive range of administrative options and services that are customized to meet a client's specific needs in a high-quality, cost-effective manner. |
